Police have arrested a 43 year old person today(16) with 13 Grammes and 599 Mili Grammes of Heroin in his possession near Kelanithissa Power Plant in Colombo.The Police Officers attached to the Anti Fraud Unit of Western Province have arrested the suspect and conducting further investigations on the incident.
