Sri Lanka Navy personal have yesterday(16) arrested two persons with few parcels contains 45 Kilo Grammes of Cannabis in their possession while traveling in a small boat in sea coast of Adappan.Pallimunai area(Northern Province).The suspects had been identified as 25 and 27 year old residents of Mannar(Northern Province).
