Vavuniya Police have today(20) arrested three persons with a stock of unlicensed Explosives brought from Madawachchiya(North Central Province) area to sell fishermen in their possession at Vavuniya(Northern Province).Two hundred cap rolls and 200 gelignite sticks are among the stock of explosives arrested in possession of the suspects according to Police.The stock of Explosives had been transported to Vavuniya from Madawachchiya by a Three Wheeler Police have stated.
