Heavy Traffic Reported From Colombo Fort Area Due To A Protest March

A Heavy Traffic has been reported in Colombo Fort area this noon as the Lotus Road has blocked due to a protest march conducted by a group of disabled Armed Forces Soldiers it has been reported.

The disabled Soldiers later hold a protest in front of Colombo Fort Railway Station against the current Army Pension Scheme.

Due to the traffic in the area Police have requested the motorists to use alternative routes when traveling.
