The Road Development Authority(RDA) has decided to allow all vehicles to use Southern Expressway free of charge from 6 a.m to 12 in the Midnight tomorrow(01) due to May Day Celebrations according to Chairman of RDA Nihal Suriyaarachchi.This decision has taken after President Maithripala Sirisena has ordered the Road Development Authority to allow all vehicles to travel free of charge on Southern Expressway tomorrow in view of May Day Celebrations.
