The University Of Kelaniya has been temporarily closed down for a one week with effect from today(26) due to an infection spreading in the University's Hostels according to Vice Chancellor of University Of Kelaniya Professor Sunanda Madduma Bandara.The decision on close down the University has been taken on the advise of Kelaniya University's Chief Medical Officer and Public Health Inspector of Kelaniya the Vice Chancellor has announced today(26).
Accordingly all the faculties of University Of Kelaniya except Ragama Medical Faculty have closed down from today until next Tuesday(03rd of May) it has been reported.
