The War Ship "Blue Ridge" belonging to US Navy has arrived at Colombo Harbor today(27) for a goodwill visit according to Sri Lanka Navy.Over 1000 crew members of the US Navy's Seventh Fleet Flag Ship were ceremonially welcomed by Sri Lanka Navy according to naval traditions it has been reported.
The Ship will be anchored at Colombo Harbor till it's departure on 31st of March .The Crew of the Ship "Blue Ridge" is due to conduct a Joint Naval Exercise with Sri Lanka Navy during their stay in Sri Lanka and special training programmes will be conducted for officers and sailors of Sri Lanka Navy it has been announced.
