Sri Lanka Navy have arrested two Indian Fishermen with 6.5 Kilo Grammes of Kerala Cannabis(Ganja) in their possession at seas of Northern Point Pedro today(20).The Naval Officers in a Vessel which was on routine petrol have made this arrest and a fishing dhow along with fishing gear too were arrested with Indian Fishermen.
The arrested fishermen who are residents of Nagapattinam and Keechankuppam areas in Tamil Nadu and items were handed over to the Point Pedro Police for future course of action according to Sri Lanka Navy.
