The Secretary General of the International Federation Of Red Cross And Red Crescent Societies Elhadj As Sy is due to Arrive Sri Lanka in March for a three day official visit.During His visit to Sri Lanka the Secretary General Of the International Federation Of Red Cross is due to meet President Maithripala Sirisena and other higher officials of the Sri Lankan Government.He is also due to visit the Post Conflict Recovery Programme of Sri Lanka Red Cross Society operated in Northern Sri Lanka.
