A 27 year old youth has been arrested by Police at Valvitithurai in Point Pedro(In Northern Province) last night with a stock of 60 Kilo Grammes and 250 Grammes of Kerala Cannabis in his possession .The arrested stock of Kerala Cannabis has been transported to Sri Lanka through the sea route from India it has been revealed.
