A 18 year old youth has committed suicide early this morning by jumping from a three storey building near the Monaragala Magistrate Court according to the Police.The youth had committed suicide after his parents had strongly warned him last night after he returned home under the liquor influence the Police have said.
After the youth has jumped off the three storey building he was rushed to the monaragala base hospital in critical condition and he has succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at the hospital this morning.
