The United States Assistant Secretary Of State For South and Central Asian Affairs Nisha Biswal has arrived in Sri Lanka Yesterday(20) for a Private Visit.She has arrived in Sri Lanka Last August for an official visit and hold talks with Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe and President Maithripala Sirisene .
