Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division Has Recorded Statements From Cabraal(Central Bank) And Johnston Fernando Over Alegations leveled Against Them

The Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division has today(11) recorded statements from Former United Peoples Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Minister Johnston Fernando and Former Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivad Cabraal over the allegations leveled against them .

Former Minister Johnson Fernando was questioned over an irregularities occurred when granting Mahapola Lottery to a Malaysian National and Former Central Bank Governor  Cabraal was questioned over certain activity conducted outside the procurement process.
