Due to a Train Breakdown at Cotta Road in Rajagiriya(In Colombo) a Heavy Traffic prevailed for hours at Colombo-Rajagiriya Road of the Kelani Vally Road this noon. During carrying another Train which has experienced technical difficulties at Mahragama this morning this happened accrding to Sri Lanka Railways Department.
