The European Commission While praising the efforts made by present government to getting back GSP+ Facility for the local Apparel Sector has pledged it will taking steps to grant the GSP+ for Sri Lanka Soon.The European Commission has praised the Sri Lankan Government on it's efforts to combat against Fraud And Corruption in Sri Lanka,The steps taken to ensure Human Rights,To Ensure Legal Sovereignty,The establishment of Civil Administration in North and Eastern Province and releasing the prisoners detained under the prevention of terrorism act.
The current ban imposed for Sri Lankan Fish Exports too will be able to lifted soon the Commission has announced.
