New Heads And Members Of Three Independent Commissions Have Been Appointed

The new heads and members of three Independent Commissions have been appointed today(21).Accordingly Professor Siri Hettige ,Dharmasena Dissanayake and Dr.Deepika Udagama have been appointed as heads of Police ,Public Services and Human Rights Commissions respectively.

The following members have been appointed to the said Commissions.

Police Commission- Anton Jayanathan,M.P.H Manathunga,Savithri Wijesekera and Y.L.M Zavahir

Public Services Commission-V.Jagarajasingham,A.Salam,Dr.Prathap Ramanujam,Nihal Seneviratne,S.Ranugge,D.L Mendis ,Dhara Wijethilake and Sarath Jayathilake

Human Rights Commission-  Saliya Pieris, Lional Fernando ,Gazali Hussain ,Ambika Satkunanathan.
