The Court Of Appeal has today(13) extended the stay order issued against circular which imposed a ban on wearing full face helmets until 02nd of November.The petition filed against the circular will be taken up for hearing on 02nd of November.
The government has issued the circular imposing a ban on wearing full face helmets due to the increasing number of crimes and robberies occurred in the country done by persons wearing full face helmets.
