The Criminal Investigation Department(CID) have arrested another suspect regarding the rape and murder of five year old Seya Sadewmini of Kotadeniyawa Area.The suspect was produced before Acting Minuwangoda Magistrate Priyanthi Liyanaarachchi today(03) and the acting magistrate has been allowed the CID to detain the suspect for 72 hour period for questioning.
