The Five year old girl who found dead inside a canal near her residence at Kotadeniyawa in Divulapitiya(In Western Province) yesterday(13) had been sexually molested and strangled to death according to the verdict given by Judical Medical Officer(JMO) of Negambo District Hospital today(14) at the Post Mortm held regarding the death.
The five year old Seya Sadewmi's dead body was found inside a canal near her residence yesterday by the Police.
The Girl was reported as missing from her house since Saturday Morning and the Kotadeniyawa Police have receieved a complaint regarding the incident from her parents.During the special search operation carried out to find the missing girl police with the help of residents in the area have managed to found the body of the girl inside a canal near her house yesterday.
