The Air Port Custom Officers have yesterday (13) arrested a Sri Lankan at the Katunayake Bandaranaike International Air Port who attempted to smuggle six pieces of gold worth around Rs.3 million to the country.The 51 year old suspect who returned from Chennai ,India was concealed six pieces of gold weighing 600 grammes inside his rectum according to the custom officers.
