The first phase of the Construction of Colombo-Kandy Expressway from Kadawatha To Mirigama (In Colombo) has begun this morning under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisene and Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe .The Construction of Colombo-Kandy Expressway will be carried out in three phases as follows.The first phase is from Kadawatha To Mirigama, second phase is from Mirigama to Kurunagala and third phase is from Kurunagala to Kandy.
