The Cabinet has decided to investigate on two Commissioners of the Bribery Commission on their failure to investigate complaints lodged at the Commission during last four years according to Minister Of Justice Wijedasa Rajapakshe.The Cabinet has taken this decision after considering a proposal submitted by Justice Minister in this regard.
According to the Justice Minister around 1500 complaints mainly against politicians had been lodged at the Bribery Commission during last four years and only a handful of complaints had been looking into.
