Court Of Appeal Extended The Stay Order Against Baanning Of Full Face Helmets

The Court Of Appeal has today(18) extended the stay order against the banning of wearing full face helmets by the Motorcyclists until 02nd of July.

The Police have earlier decided to implement a ban of using full face helmets due to the increased number of crimes occurred in the country have done by using those helmets.


The petition filed at Courts Of Appeal against the banning of full face helmets argued that if the full face helmet ban will be implemented it would greatly inconvenience the Motor Cyclists throughout the island.
