Sri Lanka and India had agreed to strengthen their corporation in Defense and solving the fishermen issue affected to both countries during the bi lateral talks held between the visiting Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena and Indian Prime Minister Narendre Modi today(16) in New Delhi .While addressing the press after the talks the Indian Prime Minister Narendre Modi has said that India will encourage the fishermen associations in both Sri Lanka and India to meet and find a solution for the problem.
Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisene has arrived New Delhi this morning for a short official visit.
