The Ministry Of Private Transport Services is due to launch a new Complaints service on Private Buses which the passengers are able to send their complaints on Privates Buses through SMS with effect from tomorrow(01).Under this service the public will be able to SMS their complaints to the mobile number established in the Ministry 0716-550000 through their mobile phones the Ministry has said.According to the Minister of Private Transport Services C.B Rathnayake this aim of this SMS complaint service is to provide a quality Private Transport Service to the commuters.
Public are advised to indicate the Registration Number of the Private Bus,The Route Number and the Time of the incident when sending the complaints .
