Government Members as well as main opposition United National Party (UNP) members who were members of parliamentary select committee (PSC)which investigated impeachment charges against chief justice have decided not to appear before Court Of Appeal tomorrow(03) although received notices to appear in court.However TNA and Jvp members who were in PSC have decided to appear before court tomorrow.
