The Supporters of Imprisoned General Sarath Fonseka were stage a protest march from Hulftsdorf Court Complex towards the Welikada Prison this morning by demanding the immediate release of General Fonseka.The Protestors who arrived at the main gate of welikada prison staged a peaceful protest by shouting slogans it has been reported.
The protestors also opposed the move taken by prison authorities not to take General Fonseka for a regular medical check up.
