The Sri Lanka Private Bus Owners Association has today requested government a 15% increase on Bus Fares due to the recent fuel price hike.The president of the Association Gamunu Wijeratne has said today that the minimum Bus Fare which is Rs.6 at present should be increase to Rs.8.He requested the government to inform this matter to the national transport commission and taken steps to increase the Bus Fare .
