Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksha who left for United Kingdom yesterday due to meet higher officials in British Government including Defense Secretary Liam Fox during his visit there.
President Rajapaksha is in UK on an invitation of the Oxford University officials and scheduled to address Oxford Union on Thursday(02).
