Government make all the arrangements to hold their first ever Cabinet meeting out side of capitol Colombo at Kilinochchi in the Northern Part of Sri Lanka tomorrow.The Cabinet which is the first one to be held in North is scheduled to be held at the house of the slain ed LTTE Leader Thamil selvem at 10 a.m in the morning.Cabinet members are due to arrive Kilinochchi tomorrow morning to participate for the meeting..
