Cabinet has approved a Cabinet Paper on last wednesday submitted by the Health Minister Maithreepala Sirisena to grant a compensation to a 21 year old Boy who got contacted the HIV/AIDS Virus through a blood transfusion.The Boy who was one year old when contacted the virus is to be granted Rs.750,000 as a Compensation from the Government. Health Minister was submitted the Cabinet paper seeking providing the grant to the Hiv Infected boy sometime back under the guidance of the President Mahinda Rajapaksha.
