Court today ordered the Slave Island Police to produce show cause on 29th of April on their Failure to appear before the Court on removing of protesting Buddhist Monks at Fort yesterday.The Slave Island Police earlier filed a case against the Protesting Buddhist Monks saying that these Monks are obstructed the Public by setting a a stage and starting a Hunger Strike at a popular place.Police yesterday forcibly removed the Stage set up by the Monks and detained few protesting Monks.
