The Report on the Inquiry held on Six Indian Pharmaceutical Companies who supplied Contaminated Injection Vials and Saline Bottles was handed over to the Health Ministry Secretary Dr.Athula Khanda Liyanage this Evening.The Report was handed over by the Director of the National Drug Authority Dr.Hemantha Beneragama.The Action to be taken against these Companies too included in this Report according to the Health Ministry Sources.Health Secretary is to examined the Report and implement the recommendations of it within next few days.
