Sri Lankan Business Tycoon and Ceylinco Group Chairman Lalith Kotalawala who was in Jail for involve in Public Financial Freud since last February was granted Conditional Bail by the Supreme Court today.As he owns Rs 26 Billion to pay for the Golden Key Credit Depositors Mr.Kotalawala transfered Rs.125 Million for a Special Repayment Scheme for the Golden key Depositors.
