Around 600 IDP Families staying at Welfare Villages in the Northern Sri Lanka are scheduled to Re Settled in their Native Places tomorrow.Visiting Under Secretary (Politics) of the United Nations Lynn Pascoe also stressed the Government the need of Re Settling these IDP's.Sri Lankan Government already decided to Re Settle around 150,000 IDP'S in Mid October this year.The delay of Re Settling these IDP'S is due to the clearing of mines in the most parts of the North and the LTTE Cadres who are hiding among these IDP'S according to Government Sources.
Meanwhile Secretary General of the Rights of the Internally Displaced Persons Walter Kaelin also due to visit Sri Lanka Next Weak to discuss on IDP'S.
