Civil Courts to be established in recently liberated Kilinochchi and Mulativue Districts in Northern Sri Lanka according to the Deputy Minister of Justice B.Puthrasigamani.The decision was taken to setup these Civil Courts before resettling the IDP'S in these Districts he stressed.Government decided to setup a High Court and a Magistrate Court in Kilinochchi District and A Magistrate Court in Mulativue.At present Court Cases related to these Districts are heard in the Courts in Vavuniya District.
While under the LTTE Control the people in Kilinochchi and Mulativue Districts went to LTTE Courts for seeking Justice to their problems and now they have to come to these New Courts under the Government Deputy Justice Minister further pointed out.
