A partner of the Malysian Telecom the Dialog Telecom had launched the first ever Mobile Phone Network in the Former War Zone in Northern Sri Lanka becoming the first International Mobile Company to do so.Sri Lanka's Biggest Mobile Operator Dialog Telecom today announced that they are alrady setup their base stations in the former rebel held areas.According to the Chief Executive of the Dialog Dr.Hans Wijesooriya Dialog Network plans to install 60 Base Stations in the War Torn Areas at the Cost of 10 Million US Dollers this year.Dialog already moves into the former Rebel held areas of Elephantpass,Kilinochchi,Punarin,Mankulam and Thunukkai.
