Security Heads including Army Commander Lt.General sarath Fonseka met the President Mahinda Rajapaksha this evening and formally informed him on the Military Victory over LTTE.Meanwhile President Promoted Rankings of Army,Navy and Air Force Commanders in view of the Leadership they given to the Defeating Terrorism in the Country.According to the New Rankings Army Commander Lt.General Sarath Fonseka promoted to General Rank, Navy Commander Vice Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda promoted as Admiral and Air Force Commander Air Marshall Roshan Gunathilake given the Rank of Air Chief Marshall.
