Sri Lankan Troops Liberated The Final Tiger Stronghold Kilinochchi Town After A Heavy Battle
Sri Lankan Army Completely Liberated the Kilinochchi Town the Last Stronghold Held by the LTTE Tigers This Evening.Fall of Kilinochchi from the LTTE'S hand markes the end of the Eelam War carried out by the LTTE over Two Decades in Sri Lanka.President Mahinda Rajapaksha Announced the Liberation Of Kilinochchi to the Nation from a Live Speech Relay from the Presidential Secretariat this evening which is Telecast over the National Television.People all over the Country Celebrated this victory by firing crackers. After Capturing the Important Areas of Paranthan and Iranamadu Sri Lankan Forces Entered the Heart of the Tigers Kilinochchi Town known as their De Facto Capital and Capturing the Kilinochchi Railway Station this morning. Heavy Fighting continued Between the Forces and LTTE Cadres area for few hours..Some Media Reports Indicated that the LTTE Leader Valupillai Prabhakaren is also Came to the War Front and Giving Commands to his Cadres from the Secret Location.Troops are currently in 2 kilo meters from Elephant Pass and 5 kilo meters from Mulativue says Army Commander General Sarath Fonseka.he and and Minister Keheliya Rambukwella Issued Statements this Morning saying that within Few hours Kilinochchi will fall in to the hands of the Armed Forces.
