Supreme Court Ordered To Stop Functioning Of The CPC Chairman And Take Over The Petroleum Ministry Under The President
Supreme Court Today (28)Issued an Interim Order to Prevent Asantha De Mel Who is the Current President of the Ceylon Petroleum Cooperation Functioning that position and Ordered Petroleum Ministry TO Taken under preview of the President.Court also Ordered to Stop Payments on the alleged Hedge Contracts Immediately.According to the Order Present Minister A.H.M Fowzie will loose his Ministerial Portfolio and New Minister Will take over his Ministry.
