Police Have Arrested Three Persons Whilst Transporting A Haul Of Narcotics
Police have arrested three persons
including a female whilst transporting 5 Kilo Grammes of Kerala Cannabis and 02 Grammes of Heroin in a Motor Car near Galkude Bridge at Bandaragama yesterday (26).
Accordance to the information provided by the female suspect Police have recovered a firearm, 05 live bullets and few mobile phones at a house in Kalutara it has been revealed.
The Motor Car which the suspects have used to transport the haul of narcotics had identified as the Motor Car arrived in for the gun shooting incident at North Kalutara area on 01st of January.
Police have obtained permission from the court to question the three suspects seven days under detention orders.

persons whlist attempting to smuggle 1.6 Kilo Grammes of expensive Wallapatta to Dubai at Katunayake, Bandaranaike Internationall Airport last morning (26).
The two suspects a national of United Arab Emirates and a Sri Lankan had been arresred whilst attempting to smuggle the stock of Wallapatta by hiding them in their luggage it has been revealed.
