Operations Manager of Anti Corruption

Force Namal Kumara who had revealed an Assasination plot of VIP had yesterday (03)accepted that he has produced Fraudulent documents when join Sri Lanka Army and Navy regarding his educational qualifications.

He has also told that he is ready to accept any punishment regarding his acts.

Criminal Investigations Department (CID) which investigating on the VIP Assasination plot revealed by Namal Kumara had recently informed the court that he was an Army and Navy deserter who produced false education certificates when joining the two forces .

Dayasiri Jayasekare has been appointed as the New acting General Secretary of the SLFP by it's Central Committee after the General Secretary of the Party Professor Rohana Lakshman PiyaDasa has resigned from his post last night (03).

The new acting General Secretary has been appointed during the SLFP Central Committee meeting held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena at President's House in Colombo last night.

M RumI who is the Managing Director of State Pharmaceutical Corporation had been appointed as the New Chairman of the corporation ,Dr.Palitha AbeyKoon the former President of the National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol had been appointed to the same post and former Chairman of National Drug Regulatory Authority professor ASitha De Silva had been appointed to the same post by the Minister.
