Police Arrested Three Sex Workers And Their Manager During A Raid

Police have arrested three female sex workers and a Manager of a Brothal house during a raid carried out at a Brothal house maintained on the pretext of a,SPA At Ratmalana area (Colombo District) today (11).

Accordingly Police have arrested a

41 year old Manager of the Brothal house and three sex workers of the ages 36 and 42 who are residents of Wattala and Ratmalana areas .The four suspects are due to be produced before Mount Lavinia Magistrate Court.

Two Persons Were Arrested With GoldJewelry At Katunayake

Police Officers attached to Police Narcotic Division had arrested two persons in possesion of a stock of Jewelry weighing 01 Kilo Gramme and 780 Grammes on their arrival at Katunayake International Airport from Chennai ,India today (11).

The two suspects are of the ages 39 and 52 years and residing at Wellampitiya and Grandpass areas it has been revealed.Police are investigating on the incident.

A Vehicle Collision In Lindula Area Damaged Three Vehicles

A Motor Car and two Three wheelers were heavily damaged due to a collision occured at Lamariyawatte area , Lindula on Hatton -Nuwara Eliya main road today(11).

The incident occurred when a Motor Car travelling from Thalawakale to Lidula area collided with two Three Wheelers parked at Lindula area.The incident occurred as a result of the Motor Car driver fallen a sleep whilst on the wheal.

No one was injured due to the incident and the Lindula Police are investigating on the accident.
