Two Brothers Drowned Whilst Bathing In Mankulam

 Two brothers had drowned whilst bathing in Vavnikulam River in Mallavi area at Mankulan (Northerm Province ) last evening (26).


The deceased were of the ages 26 and 16 according to Mallavi police.The bodies of the deceased are lying at Mallavi Hospital

Airport Customs Officers Taken Into Custody A Narcotic Box Sent From Canada

 The Airport Customs Officers had taken in to custody two wooden boxes contained a haul of "Kush" narcotic weighing 12 Kilo Grammes sent from Canada at the Katunayake International Airport .
