It Is Likely That There Will Be No More Power Cuts For New Year Holidays -Public Utilities Commission
The Public Utilities Commission had today (08) stated it is likely that there will be no more power cuts scheduled for New Year holidays falls on 13 th and 14th April .
there will be no power cut schedule for those days .

Authorities have closed down the Galle Face Green In Colombo today(08) for public a day before the mass Protest campaign against President Gotabhaya Rajapakshe scheduled to be held there with the participation of One million People .
Around One Million People are scheduled to be gathered at the Galle Face Green in Colombo tomorrow(09) to protest against the President according to the Social media reports This Mass Protest Campaign is organized by the Public through Social Media .
However the Authorities have announced that the Galle Face Green will be closed for Public from today due to the development work .
