Landing Of 35,000 Metric Tones Of Diesel Received From India Commenced

Landing of 35,000 metric tones of Diesal from a ship arrived in Colombo harbour this morning (21) from India is currently being underway acccording to Ceylon Petroleum Corporation .

This Ship carried the stock of Diesal sent by India under it's credit line the Corporation has been stated .

Another ship carrying 20,000 metric tones of Diesel is scheduled to be arrived in Colombo harbour during next few days according to sources .

296 Corona Positives Reported Today(21)

A total number of 296 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (21) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 658,493 according to Epidemiology Unit .

At the moment 17,312 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated.

Another 05 Corona Desths Had Been Reported Today(21)

Another 05 Corona deaths had been 4eportrd in the country today(21),Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 16,436 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS).

Accordingly 03 females and 02 males had died due to Corona infection the DHHS has stated .Out of the deceased 03 were over 60 years of age and 02 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been reported .
