Private Buses To Be Withdrawn From Roads By Monday ,If The Authorities Fail To Increase Bus Fares
If the authorities fail to give permission to Increase the Bus fares sufficiently else providing a Diesel subsidy for Private Buses in the country by tomorrow (13) ,Private Buses will be withdrawn from the roads with effect from this Monday (14) according to the president of Private Bus Owners Association Gamunu Wijerathne .
According to the price increase of Diesel , Bus fares should be increased by at least by 15 percent he has stressed .
347 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (12)
A total number of 347 Corona Positives had been reported today (12),Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far in the country to 655,730 according to Epidemiology Unit .
At the moment 20,543 Corona Positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated .
Only 4396 PCR Tests and 2996 Rapid Antigen Tests had been performed in the country yesterday (11) according to Health Promotions Bureau ,
Another 09 Corona Deaths Reported Today (12)
Another 09 Corona deaths had been reported in the Country today (12) According to Director General Of Health Services(DGHS).
Accordingly the total number of Corona deaths reported so far in the country had increased to 13,690 the DGHS has stated .Out of the deceased majority were over 60 years of age it has been reported .
