467 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (11)

A total number of 467 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (11) Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 655,383 according to Epidemiology Unit .

At the moment 20,305 Corona Positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated .

The number of Corona Positives reported daily in the country is being decreased these days due to the lower number of daily PCR and Rapid Antigen Tests performed in the country it has been revealed ,

Seven Corona Deaths Reported Today (12) .

Another 07 Corona Deaths had been reported in the country today (11) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 16,381 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS).

Accordingly 05 males and 02 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated ,Out of the deceased 06 were over 60 years of age and one was belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been reported. Director General Of Health Services had recently announced that doing PCR Tests for hospital deaths is not compulsory any more .

Gas Price Hike Is On The Way

There will be a price increase of LPG Gas Cylinder in near future according to the State Minister of Consumer Protection Lasantha Alagiyawanna .

As the prices of Gas in the world market is record high these days there will be an increase of the Price of A Gas Cylinder in near future Minister has stated ,

Meanwhile due to the Gas shortage long queues had seen in front of Gas outlets in the country today as well .
