Two Persons Had Died Due To Van -Motor Bike Collision

Two persons had died due to a Van-Motorcycle collision occurred at Arachchikattuwa area on Puttalam -Colombo main road today (14) according to Police .

The incident had occurred when a van collided with two motorcycles one that parked on the roadside and other which was travelling from Chilaw to Anavilundaawa area whilst the van driver had fallen a seep it has been revealed .

Two laborers attached to Road Development Authority had died due to this Vehicle collision the Police has stated .Arachchikattuwa Police had arrested the Van driver over the incident .

1231 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (14)

A total of 1231 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (14) ,Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 629,347 according to Epidemiology Unit.

At the moment 18,158 Corona Positives are being treated at Hospitals .Quarantine Centers and Under home care system the Unit has stated .

36 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today (14)

Another 36 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (14) Increasing the total number of Corona Positives that had been reported so far to 15,844 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS) ,

Accordingly 20 males and 16 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated .Out of the deceased 30 were over 60 years of age and 06 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed .
