16 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today (15)

 A total number of 16 Corona deaths had been reported today (15) Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 14,677 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS).

Accordingly 11 males and 5 females had died due to Corona infection the DGSH has stated .Out of the deceased 13 were over 60 years of age and 3 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed .

772 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (15)

 Another 772 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (15) Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to  576,966 according to the Epidemiology Unit ,

At the moment 16,186 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated ,

President Had Appointed A New Chairman To The Human Rights Commission

President Gotabaya Rajapakshe  had appointed  the retired Supreme Court Judge Rohini Marasinghe  as the new chairman of Human Rights Commission Of Sri Lanka .

Sri Lankan Government To Pay A Sum Of 6.7 Million US Dollars To The Chinese Fertilizer Company Which Provides A Low Quality Fertilizer Stock

 Cabinet has decided to pay 6.7 million US dollars as compensation to the Chinese Organic Fertilizer Company "Qingdao Seawin Biotech Group Company which provided a stock of Organic Fertilizer contains  harmful bacteria according to the government .

This compensation will be paid to the Chinese Fertilizer Company accordance to the advise issued by  Attorney General it has been announced .Through  this the financial scandal risen due to the  agreement made between  Colombo Commercial Fertilizer Company and Lanka Fertilizer Company cam be solved the  authorities had stated ,

With this decision to pay a compensation, The Chinese ship carrying the stock of rejected organic fertilizer which  anchored in the  Sri Lankan sea coast  is scheduled to return to  China .
